Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very luxurious and quite big with an extra large bed, extremely clean and calm. However, the overall ambiance seemed a bit run down partly due to the dark walls and lighting. The breakfast was pretty good, pleasing those who enjoy facilities, but the dark decor may not be to everyone's taste.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although initially not as expected, turned out to be beautiful and luxurious with a great view of the aqueduct and a comfortable bed, but we had to request a change. The service was excellent and accommodating, although I believe there is room for improvement in catering to travelers' needs. The location was excellent for exploring Evora, offering both comfort and luxury in this historic city. The dining experience was a dream with a vast selection of local food, perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. However, there were some challenges faced especially for a place of this stature.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had a nice view of the aqueduct. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was decent with great dining options nearby, although it felt a bit tired in some areas. The dining experience was excellent, the facilities were well-maintained, and overall, it was a great value for the price.
The hotel offers extremely clean rooms with comfortable beds that open onto the garden, featuring one of the best hotel beds anywhere. The bathroom includes a big bath and a separate shower. The service is very friendly and efficient. The location is convenient, especially for short stays and exploring nearby attractions like Monsaraz and Elvas. The dining options are extensive and impressive. However, having more employees to take care of guests would enhance the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large balcony overlooking the 16th-century aqueduct. The staff was friendly and helpful, although not all were responsive in the hallways. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the historic center of Évora. The dining experience offered a wide variety of delicious options. I enjoyed the amenities and tranquility of the hotel.
